This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the main relationship manager and executive contact for a range of enterprise customers.
• Establish and nurture multi-faceted relationships among business, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Create and implement account strategies that outline long-term vision and strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted strategic consultant, conveying Blockdaemon’s product roadmap to enterprise clients while providing insights on industry trends and how peer organizations are tackling similar challenges.
• Facilitate renewal discussions, addressing pricing, scope, and terms.
• Identify and assess opportunities for expansion across Blockdaemon’s product offerings, including new protocols, services, and business units within the account.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on pricing strategies and commercial frameworks for new services.
• Conduct ongoing strategic business reviews that highlight delivered value and identify future opportunities.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new enterprise clients in your portfolio, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales and a solid start to the partnership.
• Develop account-specific success strategies that align with each client’s business goals and the commercial path of the relationship.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of account health across commercial, technical, and relationship factors, proactively addressing signs of risk or opportunity.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects and Product Management to meet client technical requirements.
• Convert insights from client discussions into structured feedback that informs Product prioritization of features linked to retention, adoption, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to ensure that production issues are escalated appropriately and resolved effectively.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, and Finance to facilitate the complete account lifecycle.
• Minimum of 7+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or senior technical account management roles, particularly with financial institutions or similar enterprise clients.
• Proven history of managing large, intricate enterprise relationships while driving retention and growth within designated strategic accounts.
• Strong business acumen, comfortable engaging in pricing discussions, contract arrangements, and renewal negotiations.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and an understanding of how institutional clients utilize staking, RPC, and wallet services.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, seamlessly transitioning between strategic, client-facing, and tactical tasks.
• Technical proficiency adequate for engaging in roadmap discussions, identifying new product opportunities, and addressing production issues with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Executive presence and the capacity to engage credibly across a spectrum of client interactions, from technical working sessions to boardroom meetings.
