This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will act as the main contact for all aspects of the strategic account agreement: identifying leads, promoting the Commercial Promise, finalizing profitable contracts, and overseeing ongoing marketing efforts.
• Accountable for formulating and directing the execution of business plans tailored to specific accounts, serving as the primary liaison, and offering account leadership.
• Responsible for achieving targets related to growth, profitability, and sales.
• Collaborates with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the delivery of the Service Is Our Best Part promise to each account.
• Acts as a leader and subject matter expert for the entire Commercial Sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts, ideally within the automotive, dealership, or B2B commercial sales sectors.
• Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, with a proven capability to drive profitable growth.
• Experience in developing and implementing account-specific business strategies.
• Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales strategies and the measurement of program effectiveness.
• Ability to operate independently in an individual contributor capacity while also engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to customers, senior leaders, and large audiences.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
