This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Establish trust and cultivate robust business relationships with key decision-makers in Absorb’s most promising accounts.
• Create strategic account plans to implement strategies that will facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Leadership, Solutions Engineers, Account Development representatives) to devise and execute expansion plans from Discovery through to Closed Won.
• Oversee your pipeline to ensure timely actions are taken to drive the sale to a successful close.
• Work in partnership with the support and technology teams to develop expertise in Absorb LMS and the broader learning management ecosystem.
• Showcase Absorb LMS functionalities and present pricing options that meet customer objectives while supporting Absorb’s ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with existing Customer Success teams to identify potential risks and proactively reduce churn whenever feasible.
• Utilize customer and prospect engagement tools and systems, ensuring relevant information is accurately updated within these systems.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing pertinent reports and insights.
• Extensive background in technology sales and client management with at least 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within client organizations.
• Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience engaging with a global client base.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.
• Strong collaborator within internal teams.
• Post-secondary education – an undergraduate degree in business or an MBA.
