This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is tasked with representing the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands, while promoting the product range to targeted aesthetic clients within a specific geographical region.
• The primary focus will be on direct sales of products (physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems) and implementing pull-through programs/events for patients.
• Utilizes Allergan Medical's resources to boost adoption of the SKM Portfolio, which encompasses 1) non-surgical, non-invasive skin resurfacing devices, 2) topical skincare consumables designed for use with the resurfacing device, and 3) the SkinMedica product lineup.
• Works in collaboration with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other Allergan sales teams.
• Adheres to necessary reports, requests, and compliance regulations.
• Efficiently manages field assets and resources, including but not limited to, expense management, computers, and other assigned equipment.
• Consistently meets sales targets for skincare, consumables, and equipment.
• Skilled in executing the sales components of marketing plans, including device placement and pull-through product promotions (device, consumables, and SkinMedica portfolio).
• Develops call plans across the product portfolio.
• Displays flexibility with multiple initiatives.
• Cultivates strong relationships; engages in high-level customer interactions.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a preference for business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• A background in aesthetics sales or related experience with a skincare company is highly desirable.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• A solid understanding of business acumen is essential.
• Proven selling capabilities are a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Proficient contract negotiation skills are important.
• Experience in financial and budgetary management is required.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications is necessary.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving qualifications.
