• Lead the LPR Sales Strategy: Propel the sales of Axon’s Fixed LPR cameras by identifying relevant use cases, developing customized solutions, and finalizing deals in partnership with Key Account Leaders.
• Serve as the Technical Authority: Act as the primary resource for knowledge on LPR products, implementation processes, data workflows, and competitive advantages.
• Assist in Complex Sales Cycles: Collaborate with KALs to engage decision-makers, manage RFPs, and cultivate long-term strategic opportunities within large public safety organizations.
• Provide Demos & Field Proofs: Organize and deliver impactful product demonstrations, pilot programs, and educational sessions to illustrate the effectiveness of Axon’s LPR technology.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Field Sales teams to guarantee seamless transitions during pre-sales and post-sale phases.
• Advocate for the Customer Perspective: Relay field insights back to internal teams to enhance product-market alignment and foster long-term customer satisfaction.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales processes while consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical proficiency — capable of explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud-based software to both IT professionals and non-technical users.
• Experience working alongside Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts.
• Profound knowledge of the public safety and government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budget processes, and grants.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities — both in written and verbal formats.
• High integrity and alignment with our mission, with the capacity to build trust with law enforcement clients.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer locations, events, and demonstrations.
