This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Providing support to the fastest-growing clients in the region.
• Increasing our revenue and share of wallet within your designated account portfolio.
• Facilitating access to the purchase of Twilio’s diverse products and services, including voice, messaging, email, contact center solutions, and account security software.
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Developing pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and overseeing the contract management process.
• Offering solutions to both technical and business-oriented audiences.
• Establishing trust and mutual respect with technical clients and colleagues.
• Employing creative thinking and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial information.
• Managing competing priorities and juggling multiple projects or deals simultaneously.
• Over 6 years of experience in Account Management/Sales, specifically in selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large client base.
• Proven experience working with a range of accounts, from large multinational enterprises to Digital Natives.
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Significant Account Management experience with a solid grasp of cross-selling and upselling strategies within a mature customer base.
• A strong understanding of financial reporting related to a direct customer base, including revenue tracking.
• Proficiency in the German language.
• Ideally, experience in selling to both business and technical audiences.
• Preferably, familiarity with the communications market, having sold or worked with Messaging, Voice Calling, Email, and Account Security Verification, or experience in a traditional telecommunications setting.
