This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Supporting the fastest-growing customers in the area.
• Expanding our revenue and share of wallet within your key account portfolio.
• Facilitating the acquisition of Twilio’s products and services, which include voice, messaging, email, contact centers, and account security software.
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Developing pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and overseeing the contract process.
• Delivering solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Establishing trust and mutual respect with technical customers and colleagues.
• Using creative thinking and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
• Managing competing priorities and juggling multiple projects or deals simultaneously.
• Over 6 years of experience in Account Management/Sales, specifically in selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
• Experience working with a diverse range of accounts, from large multinational enterprises to Digital Natives.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong history in Account Management with a deep understanding of cross-selling and upselling solutions within an established customer base.
• Solid grasp of financial reporting within a direct customer base, including revenue tracking.
• Proficiency in the German language.
