This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Account Executive is tasked with establishing and nurturing relationships with NiCE Customers, uncovering new sales prospects, and expanding market share in their designated regions.
• Accountable for meeting annual sales targets and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide contracts.
• Oversee and direct all sales initiatives to accomplish business objectives.
• Ensure that proposed sales and solutions leverage the strengths of NiCE CXone Mpower and can be executed effectively.
• Forge new strategic partnerships while sustaining existing ones and assessing customer business scenarios to pinpoint limitations and emerging opportunities due to technological progress.
• Cultivate and sustain high-level connections with C-level executives.
• Initiate, support, develop, and track purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and the client.
• Over 10 years of experience in selling a variety of software products (portfolio sales) and services to complex accounts in a hunter-type capacity.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in selling AI Software Solutions.
• Strong comprehension of AI technology and its applications.
• Excellent relationship and client management abilities that effectively foster trust and adeptly manage/resolve customer escalations.
• Collaborative sales approach that involves working with various teams both internally and externally.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills that instill confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
• Naturally self-sufficient, adaptable, and confident, with a preference for autonomy to take charge and manage activities and processes to achieve revenue goals.
