This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Taking ownership of the entire enterprise sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing deals, aimed at generating new business within the global Fortune 1000.
β’ Developing and overseeing a robust pipeline with the necessary depth and discipline to consistently meet sales targets.
β’ Conducting strategic discovery discussions with Chief Learning Officers, Heads of Learning, L&D leaders, and instructional design teams to identify challenges, priorities, and the needs of stakeholders.
β’ Introducing potential clients to an innovative category of learning - behavioral simulation that fosters and validates advanced skills.
β’ Providing engaging demonstrations of the SimGate platform and crafting proposals that link learning investments to tangible business outcomes.
β’ Navigating intricate enterprise buying groups and ensuring alignment among decision-makers across Learning, HR, and various business functions.
β’ Keeping precise pipeline data and forecast updates within HubSpot.
β’ Conveying voice-of-customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence platform development and positioning.
β’ Excelling in a dynamic startup environment that encourages high ownership and autonomy.
β’ Over 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with complex Fortune 1000 companies β experience in SaaS or learning technology is advantageous.
β’ Extensive background in the corporate learning sector, with a network at the executive level within major enterprises.
β’ Demonstrated history of closing new business and surpassing sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with lengthy sales cycles β you possess the skills to build a pipeline from the ground up.
β’ Practical experience using AI tools in your sales strategy β not just curiosity about ChatGPT, but effective application that enhances your performance.
β’ A consultative selling approach β prioritizing listening, connecting insights, and establishing trust through expertise.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
