This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee business development and sales initiatives in line with growth strategies while advancing all pertinent projects.
• Access and influence key decision-makers to manage evaluation processes aimed at pursuing opportunities for successful outcomes.
• Achieve annual sales goals and gross profit objectives by implementing effective sales and partnership business models.
• Establish and maintain exceptional strategic relationships with business partners and formulate sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Continuous skills training and professional development.
• Keep a detailed lead, opportunity, and contact pipeline within the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in client-facing roles or internal consulting in a senior advisory position.
• Knowledge and experience with regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks within the Asset & Facility Management industry.
• Understanding and application of effective sales methodologies.
• Proficient in English.
• Proven track record of collaborating with major consulting firms and influential market leaders to close significant deals (preferred).
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (preferred).
