This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities in partnership with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
• Leverage insights obtained during the needs analysis phase to present an engaging demonstration of the Workiva platform.
• Expertly handle customer objections by eliminating barriers and discovering solutions to various client challenges.
• Naturally lead the sales process towards closure by effectively illustrating Workiva's value proposition.
• Regularly and promptly update customer relationship management tools to document customer interactions.
• Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking insights through pipeline analysis to anticipate sales outcomes.
• Create and execute strategic account planning with deliberate actions to ensure sales success.
• Mobilize internal resources to pursue accounts and optimize support.
• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Workiva products through a commitment to continual training and a growth mindset.
• Over 6 years of experience in a related role, particularly in enterprise technology or complex solution sales across large customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant career experience.
• Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
• Capability to demonstrate complex software applications effectively.
• Proven experience in navigating and achieving sales success within large enterprise organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend intricate business challenges.
• Executive presence with the capacity to communicate effectively at the highest levels.
• Ability to discern the influence of stakeholders versus buyers and navigate the subtleties of each during the sales process.
• Proficient in managing multiple complex sales cycles concurrently.
• Skilled in negotiating pricing while focusing on maintaining value.
• Consistently demonstrates and possesses the capability to meet (and exceed) sales quota targets.
