This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Meet sales objectives through direct engagement in the market and by leveraging the RS system.
β’ Evaluate strategies to enhance the company's competitive stance by delivering superior customer service.
β’ Engage in negotiations with his RS and mentor his team on customer management to drive increased business.
β’ Closely observe competitive actions and relay insights to the branch regarding necessary company responses.
β’ Systematically assess the performance of the RS and the sales team, implementing corrective measures for any operational deficiencies.
β’ Organize promotional activities within budget constraints in collaboration with superiors.
β’ Minimum Full-time Graduation required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Channel Sales.
β’ Proficient in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management.
β’ Should have a strong understanding of RS appointment and Sales Planning.
β’ Experience in conducting promotional activities and execution.
β’ Good communication skills in both English and the local language are preferred.
