This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Oversee and grow significant Retail customer accounts.
• Formulate, implement, and execute account strategies to achieve robust revenue, gross margin, and gross profit outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Twilio teams to uncover new revenue prospects.
• Participate in a cross-functional account team.
• Conduct a disciplined forecasting process and present insights to executive management.
• Manage highly consultative sales cycles with large clients.
• Create and sustain a precise sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce.
• Establish yourself as a reliable subject matter expert.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in major account or strategic sales.
• Proficiency in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
• Responsible for relationship management, cross-selling, upselling, and solutions consulting.
• Adept at working with both business and highly technical leaders.
• Analytical approach to account development strategy leveraging data.
• Proven track record in managing business forecasts and financial models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to define processes and develop programs.
• History of achieving revenue and gross profit results for enterprise clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
