This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business prospects and pinpoint project opportunities within your designated area.
• Conduct visits to customers, deliver presentations, and perform product demonstrations.
• Generate quotes and collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet the sales objectives for your territory.
• Represent Wagner at industry events, trade exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Work alongside Customer Service, Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitive activities to spot new opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 6 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
• Preferred experience in architectural products, construction, metal fabrication, or building materials.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and comprehend project specifications is advantageous.
• Self-driven, organized, and adept at managing a sales territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
