This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and successfully close enterprise opportunities throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Develop your own sales pipeline through outbound efforts and participation in events, in addition to leveraging marketing-generated leads.
• Assess and advance deals utilizing the MEDDPICC framework, ensuring comprehensive engagement across all phases:
• Metrics: Measure the business value and the impact on customers.
• Economic Buyer: Early identification and engagement with the budget decision-maker.
• Decision Criteria: Document technical, commercial, and security specifications.
• Decision Process: Outline stakeholders, necessary steps, and procurement timelines.
• Paper Process: Work alongside legal and procurement teams to ensure the continuous progression of deals.
• Identify Pain: Conduct discovery sessions that address real business challenges.
• Champion: Develop and mentor internal advocates for our solutions.
• Competition: Effectively position our offerings against competitors.
• Multi-thread accounts across business sectors, IT, security, and procurement.
• Maintain precise forecasting in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) in line with MEDDPICC standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales within the banking, fintech, or B2B SaaS sectors.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• A well-established network within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals ranging from 6 to 7 figures in the DACH region.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of SaaS products and environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
• Practical experience with the MEDDPICC methodology.
• A proactive attitude toward prospecting via LinkedIn, outbound initiatives, and events.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities across various business units, IT, and C-level executives.
