This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proven capability to design and uphold effective business, sales, and marketing strategies to manage activities and development within a designated territory.
• Supervise the mapping of client relationships to Client Success, coordinating account strategies while leading a diverse virtual team (Solutions Specialist, Success Resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.).
• Actively listen, identify, and comprehend clients' needs to meet their expectations. You will foster relationships with various stakeholders and positively influence them.
• Exceptional skill in crafting sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales materials.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews and other meetings with the client's leadership team to promote strategic alignment, product education, and growth prospects.
• Internally align with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams to enhance our products and services.
• Experience in advocating for a customer success mindset within a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing quota targets.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue figures for the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Velocity Global's offerings, the served marketplace, competitive landscape, and other relevant business matters related to the position.
• Over 10 years of experience in a client-facing position within Enterprise software sales.
• Ability to make insightful, actionable recommendations and swiftly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and follow-through abilities.
• Proficient in navigating complex organizational structures, lengthy sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities, along with a proven track record of effective virtual collaboration.
• Solid consultative customer service approach and project management style.
• Motivation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
