This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Drive growth within enterprise accounts by identifying opportunities across various business units.
• Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to identify needs that extend beyond requisitions.
• Offer a combination of staffing solutions and SOW / deliverable-based services.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, including outreach and negotiation phases.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams while monitoring pipeline metrics.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT / tech / digital staffing sales.
• Demonstrated success in growing and expanding accounts.
• Experience in building a pipeline and generating business independently.
• Familiarity with or experience in selling SOW / deliverable-based solutions.
• Strong consultative selling techniques and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with effective time and territory management abilities.
