This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for 20-25 strategic clients in Mexico.
• Represent the complete range of Omnissa’s offerings, including Workspace ONE and Horizon, delivering customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Customer Success to guarantee smooth solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC), offering dependable forecasts and clear, data-driven insights.
• Conduct regular account reviews, present value-driven proposals, and effectively illustrate the ROI of Omnissa’s solutions.
• Stay updated on End User Computing trends, market dynamics, and competitors to proactively provide innovative solutions.
• Engage in regional and industry-specific events to strengthen relationships, enhance brand visibility, and stay ahead of market trends.
• Advocate for your clients internally to ensure outstanding experiences and long-term success.
• 5–10 years of experience in SaaS field sales with a proven track record of success with enterprise clients in Mexico.
• Proven ability to establish strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and forecasting, utilizing a data-driven approach to business planning.
• History of exceeding revenue targets, closing complex high-value deals, and receiving top performance accolades (e.g., President’s Club).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying the value of Omnissa’s solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools to manage accounts and implement insights-based selling strategies.
• A strong passion for problem-solving, delivering customer results, and driving innovation.
• Experience with or knowledge of End User Computing solutions (VDI, UEM, DaaS) is highly advantageous.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
