This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee strategic account activities for significant prospects and clients throughout Brazil, offering guidance during both pre-sales and post-sales interactions.
• Identify opportunities within enterprise accounts by engaging in prospecting, building relationships, and understanding customer business needs through a consultative approach.
• Develop account strategies and customer proposals that effectively link GitLab's capabilities to the organization's priorities and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, post-sales, and support teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer adoption.
• Generate a qualified sales pipeline in collaboration with strategic channel partners and assist in new customer acquisition efforts.
• Provide customer insights and product suggestions to GitLab’s public issue tracker, representing the customer's voice.
• Create activity and forecast reports, and analyze wins and losses to enhance future sales performance.
• Work alongside marketing, account teams, product managers, and technical teams to share insights and articulate customer needs effectively.
• Proven experience in selling to large organizations and navigating intricate enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in building and nurturing executive-level customer relationships with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Expertise in consultative selling, including crafting proposals, presentations, and formal quotes tailored to customer business needs.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, demonstrated in a clear and effective manner.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese for effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with GitLab or similar tools, such as Git, software development tools, application lifecycle management, or security and application security tools.
