• Serve as the primary relationship manager and establish yourself as the trusted advisor for key, high-value enterprise accounts.
• Ensure customers appreciate the value of our solutions, manage their expectations effectively, and position yourself as their go-to advisor for both daily needs and strategic evaluations.
• Cultivate a profound understanding of each customer's business goals, operational framework, strategic initiatives, and success metrics.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring Everseen provides value and responsiveness that aligns with customer expectations.
• Maintain a relentless focus on customer value, ROI, and trust, always considering outcomes from the customer's viewpoint.
• Identify, qualify, and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to shape and promote growth opportunities.
• Direct account planning initiatives to uncover expansion routes and strategic enhancement opportunities.
• Manage the contract renewal strategy and execution, involving commercial discussions, negotiations, and risk management to support customer retention and long-term account growth.
• Act as the "on the ground" representative of the customer, working closely with Everseen's Product, Engineering, and Operations (Customer Delivery) teams to ensure smooth rollouts and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address account risks and customer issues, engaging relevant Everseen stakeholders to facilitate resolutions and maintain confidence.
• Ensure customer feedback, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement are communicated clearly internally and translated into actionable items where necessary.
• Recognize trends and improvement opportunities across customer engagements that can enhance Everseen’s delivery, product alignment, and commercial success.
• Effectively coordinate internal resources to support customer outcomes, strategic evaluations, solution discussions, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with senior Everseen leaders to ensure that strategic customer priorities are recognized and supported.
• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS sales position, with a proven track record of successfully managing multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts throughout ANZ, preferably in retail.
