This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Develops and executes strategies for account management as well as cross-selling and upselling.
• Acts as the main point of contact for all products and services offered.
• Creates and implements account management strategies for a strategic, multi-geographic, or high-tier portfolio.
• Prepares clients for renewals by clarifying the cost drivers associated with their benefit plans.
• Formulates recommendations for complex financial decisions and presents them to management.
• Assists the New Business Sales team during finalist meetings.
• Develops, maintains, and executes a strategic cross-functional annual business plan.
• Manages Customer Strategy & Relationship Management for daily interactions, senior leadership, and key decision-makers.
• Owns, oversees, and coordinates strategies for renewals.
• Reviews and presents customer reports with insightful analytics consultatively.
• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in the healthcare industry.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to lead open enrollment strategies, including on-site client meetings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience communicating with C-suite executives.
• Ability to monitor and report on the results of Performance Guarantees.
• Prior client management experience with a health plan carrier (preferred).
• Previous client management experience with a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmacy industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
