This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Accountable for building and maintaining robust personal and collaborative relationships, both internally and externally, to oversee a portfolio of business.
• Implements strategic elements of the client management team's business plan tailored for each customer.
• Manages the overall relationship between Meritain Pharmacy Solutions and its external partners, consultants, and clients.
• Achieves objectives that align with both customer and organizational goals.
• Provides innovative product and service solutions to meet the evolving requirements of clients.
• Continuously monitors clients' product offerings and services to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
• Contributes to the overall annual business plan and account strategy.
• Collaborates on more intricate product or service challenges.
• Facilitates resolution of issues by partnering with relevant team members.
• Handles renewal-related activities for existing clients and engages in open enrollment efforts to help increase membership.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in the healthcare industry.
• More than 3 years of experience in client-facing or management roles.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to lead open enrollment strategies, including conducting on-site client meetings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in communicating with C-suite level executives.
• Skilled in monitoring and reporting the outcomes of Performance Guarantees.
