This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee prospects from initial contact to closure, managing multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions with deal amounts exceeding $1M in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
β’ Foster and strengthen relationships with large enterprises and investment firms, promoting strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through renewals.
β’ Effectively communicate and showcase BuildOps' value proposition, emphasizing return on investment (ROI) and transformative benefits for large-scale organizations.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineering, and other go-to-market teams to develop customized strategies for high-potential accounts.
β’ Work closely with private equity and investment firms to identify portfolio-wide opportunities and establish BuildOps as a strategic ally.
β’ Remain up-to-date on industry trends and the shifting needs of large commercial contractors, utilizing insights to craft compelling narratives for potential clients.
β’ Regularly meet revenue targets while positioning BuildOps as a trusted advisor in the strategic market.
β’ Travel is required 25% of the time to engage with customers.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrating a successful history of closing seven-figure deals.
β’ Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales processes, ideally with Fortune 500 companies or investment-backed entities.
β’ Knowledge of the construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contracting sectors is a significant advantage.
β’ Experience collaborating with private equity or investment firms is a notable asset.
β’ Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets of $1M or more in ARR.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.
β’ Comfortable conducting technical demonstrations and aligning solutions with client challenges.
β’ $290,000 - $320,000 on-target earnings (OTE) along with competitive stock options.
