This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with founders and the product team to enhance positioning and gather valuable customer insights.
• Assist in defining and constructing effective outbound and inbound sales motions.
• Interact with technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, emphasizing speed, value, and transparency — avoiding inflated forecasts.
• Work cross-functionally to influence pricing, go-to-market strategies, and the future direction of our customer experience.
• You possess demonstrable and proven experience in commercial SaaS sales, preferably in developer tools, security, or infrastructure.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience selling to Enterprise Fortune 500 customers.
• Excel in early-stage environments where uncertainty is common, and you enjoy building the playbook rather than just executing it.
• Skilled in clearly communicating with technical buyers — unafraid to ask questions, delve deep, and listen more than you speak.
• Capable of generating demand, not just managing it — comfortable with prospecting and storytelling in new markets.
• Open to coaching, curious, and driven by addressing real problems for actual users.
• Possess an ownership mentality and a strong bias for action.
