This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume complete commercial and strategic responsibility for significant global insurance provider and broker accounts.
• Create and implement multi-year account strategies, revenue goals, and growth initiatives.
• Strengthen existing connections across new business units, functions, regions, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure complex, high-value Data and AI services opportunities.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in business, data, and technology.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's strategic priorities and align Advancing Analytics’ capabilities with their critical business challenges.
• Discover opportunities in areas such as underwriting, pricing, claims, broking, risk management, customer experience, finance, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee the commercial development of multi-tower, multi-year Data and AI programs.
• Establish relationships across customers’ global organizations, including stakeholders in the UK, Europe, and North America.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Databricks, and other strategic partners to create and expedite joint opportunities.
• Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure positive customer outcomes and sustainable account growth.
• Maintain precise account strategies, opportunity data, and forecasts using HubSpot.
• Mentor and guide the broader account team, ensuring clear ownership and alignment in strategic initiatives.
• A proven history in enterprise Data and AI services sales or software/SaaS sales, specifically managing major insurance providers and global brokers.
• Experience in managing and enhancing strategic relationships within large, complex, and globally distributed organizations.
• A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including the commercial, regulatory, customer, and technological priorities influencing providers and brokers.
• Familiarity with the various operating models and priorities of insurers, reinsurers, and global insurance brokers.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic, multi-year account plans.
• The capability to identify opportunities and connect customer needs with consulting, engineering, and Data and AI services.
• A validated ability to establish credible, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across business, data, and technology functions.
• Experience in leading complex, high-value sales cycles that involve multiple decision-makers, business units, and geographical regions.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ownership of the entire sales process.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A client-centric approach, dedicated to delivering measurable business outcomes and an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience collaborating directly with Microsoft and/or Databricks, or within their partner ecosystems, to create joint opportunities.
• Ability to work effectively across sales, consulting, delivery, marketing, and partner teams.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage account activities, pipelines, and forecasting.
