Strategic Account Director – Digital Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic account management from onboarding and activation to invoicing, value reporting, QBRs, and the renewal and expansion process to drive account growth.

• Cultivate robust stakeholder relationships, particularly in the realm of digital health with health system peers, and share best practices throughout the Xealth ecosystem.

• Gain a deep understanding of your clients' Digital Health strategies and integrate Xealth into their digital and virtual care initiatives with measurable ROI.

• Champion Xealth and advocate for your clients, both internally and by actively participating in the Xealth community (forums, trade shows, events, etc.), promoting client engagement, and highlighting success stories.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Engineering teams to ensure outstanding client outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, or Consulting, engaging with C-level stakeholders within enterprise health systems.

• Proven track record of introducing, integrating, and scaling technology products and services, ideally SaaS solutions, in large healthcare organizations.

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, including experience with modern software that integrates with Epic or Cerner, along with a comprehensive understanding of the digital health ecosystem and its technical frameworks (FHIR, HL7, other APIs, etc).

• Capability to represent Xealth’s product, technology, and EMR integrations to stakeholders across all levels.

• Preferred qualifications include: experience in startups; established executive relationships within enterprise health systems; familiarity with SaaS products that involve PHI or integrate with EMR systems like Epic or Cerner; and experience in Digital Health Consulting or Product Management.
