This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain executive relationships (VP+) at enterprise accounts to drive significant revenue growth
• Develop and manage long-term strategic account plans
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the Insights & Analytics team
• Oversee the complete renewal strategy
• Conduct client discovery sessions for advanced solutions and new offerings
• Demonstrated success in executing high-velocity, consultative new business sales
• Ability to build multi-threaded relationships with VP and C-suite executives
• Provide exceptional, white-glove service
• Proficient in selling complex, multi-SKU data products
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Familiarity with programming language, audience measurement, and subscriber growth
• Ability to thrive in shared-ownership environments
• Work effectively with internal account leads and Customer Success teams
• Anticipate risks and manage escalations proactively
• Negotiate successfully with a strong understanding of business finance, budgets, contract terms, and ROI
