This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +3 more states.
• Assist in the development and implementation of annual business strategies for carriers and broker-dealer partners.
• Help identify growth potential within current strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between TruChoice leadership and its partners.
• Stay informed about partner priorities, initiatives, product updates, and organizational changes.
• Oversee project management activities for strategic initiatives that involve carriers, broker-dealers, and internal departments.
• Create timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects that include sales, marketing, product, operations, and finance teams.
• Generate executive summaries, status reports, and action plans for leadership evaluation.
• Perform research on industry trends and competitor activities to aid in strategic planning.
• Analyze sales, engagement, and partnership metrics.
• Create reports and dashboards to enhance strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and partnership initiatives.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance distribution, wholesaling, strategic accounts, or business development roles is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working with insurance carriers, IMOs, broker-dealers, RIAs, or organizations that serve advisors.
• Experience in supporting sales teams, strategic partnerships, or marketing initiatives is preferred.
