This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead sales initiatives that align with the comprehensive sales strategy.
• Build and enhance business relationships with key partners and participants in the ecosystem.
• Oversee intricate sales opportunities from the initial contact through contract negotiations and finalization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and engage in Sales & Operations Planning activities.
• Conduct joint customer visits with partners and coordinate assistance from engineering, product management, and marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives within both existing and prospective accounts.
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to forecast customer needs and market trends.
• Offer insightful contributions to product roadmaps, pricing strategies, market positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Formulate and implement account strategies that boost revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive management to meet corporate growth objectives.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Monitor and communicate essential market intelligence, competitive activities, and customer requirements.
• An MBA or an advanced technical degree is advantageous.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales of technical products and solutions, with a proven track record of influencing and managing relationships across various functions and levels within customer organizations.
• Proven success in selling complex products, services, or solutions through multi-stakeholder buying processes and extensive sales cycles.
• A strong history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets and business objectives.
• Ability to identify, establish, and manage partnerships with key ecosystem participants, including distributors, resellers, integrators, and development partners.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Capability to translate technical capabilities into persuasive business value propositions.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, partners, and business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in selling AI, software, semiconductor, embedded, cloud, industrial, automotive, or other highly technical solutions is a plus.
• Experience with channel partners and distribution organizations is beneficial.
• Experience in managing strategic accounts and executive-level customer relationships is an asset.
