Store Manager – in Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, and train motivated and enthusiastic team members.

• Develop, oversee, and delegate tasks related to site cleanliness and inventory stocking.

• Schedule staff in accordance with Company guidelines to enhance customer service.

• Foster exceptional service and address customer complaints effectively.

• Conduct performance evaluations for all staff members.

• Assess and create targeted action plans for the site.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from bank and corporate management meetings.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
