This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide and facilitate training on clinical practices, products, and disease states utilizing HQ-approved materials specifically designed for Chronic Care portfolios.
• Engage in field-based coaching and accompany team members to improve customer interaction, selling efficiency, and account management skills.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees in collaboration with sales leadership, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge, compliance, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Operations, Regional Cardiovascular Managers, and Customer Team leaders to evaluate training needs across various districts and territories.
• Ensure that Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives are aligned with territory business strategies and customer requirements.
• Recognize regional business opportunities and convert them into specific learning interventions.
• Implement the national L&D strategy at the regional level by adjusting content to fit local market conditions.
• Offer insights to HQ regarding the effectiveness of training and any identified gaps, aiding in ongoing enhancement efforts.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams and L&D, ensuring consistency in messaging and capabilities.
• Work collaboratively across functions (marketing, medical, access) to guarantee uniform and compliant training delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or Education).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales, training, marketing, or healthcare-related roles.
• Familiarity with the Chronic Care, specialty, or cardiovascular/endocrinology sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering training effectively (both in-person and virtually) and coaching field teams successfully.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to analyze insights from the field and convert them into actionable development plans.
• High adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment.
