This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Specialist is tasked with onboarding, overseeing, and ensuring the ongoing success of Fresh Success providers, which include community colleges, adult education institutions, and non-profit community organizations.

• Enhances the effectiveness of Fresh Success providers by co-facilitating onboarding training sessions, webinars, and annual in-person gatherings, along with delivering ongoing technical support to assigned providers.

• Examines quarterly invoices and data submissions from designated Fresh Success providers, including assessing costs for compliance, confirming proper documentation, and maintaining a high standard of data accuracy.

• Conducts program reviews and monitors designated Fresh Success providers to verify adherence to state CalFresh and federal SNAP Employment & Training guidelines, along with other pertinent policies, while providing technical support and gaining insights into challenges and effective practices.

• Analyzes reports, data, and supplementary documents and formulates recommendations for action.

• Assists in the design, logistics, and implementation of webinars, conference presentations, and meetings aimed at recruiting new partners.
