This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform strategic assessments in Human Resources to evaluate HR structure, capacity, processes, policies, service delivery, compliance issues, and opportunities for transitioning HR from a primarily administrative and transactional role to a more strategic and consultative partnership with leadership.
• Oversee organizational evaluations that analyze organizational structure, staffing frameworks, roles and responsibilities, governance, workflows, culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
• Create and implement assessment methodologies that encompass document reviews, data analysis, interviews, listening sessions, surveys, focus groups, working sessions, and other engagement techniques with stakeholders.
• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint key themes, strengths, weaknesses, risks, root causes, service delivery challenges, and priority improvement opportunities.
• Produce clear, actionable outputs, including summaries of assessment approaches, findings and gap analyses, organizational assessment reports, HR assessment documents, recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and presentation materials.
• Evaluate the maturity of HR functions and propose strategies, operating models, role definitions, governance practices, and service delivery enhancements that empower HR teams to evolve beyond administrative tasks and provide higher-value strategic consultation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to jointly develop practical HR, organizational development, service delivery, and workforce enhancement strategies that bolster HR’s capacity to deliver strategic consultation, anticipate workforce requirements, influence organizational decisions, and minimize unnecessary administrative load.
• Lead meetings, working sessions, validation discussions, and leadership briefings to assist clients in comprehending findings, weighing options, and aligning on critical next steps.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clarity of expectations, quality of service delivery, confidentiality, and regular progress updates.
• Monitor, assess, and report on assessment progress, deliverable status, emerging risks, and project milestones to both internal and client stakeholders.
• Recognize and address risks, issues, or obstacles related to HR operations, organizational alignment, culture, service delivery, workforce practices, and readiness for implementation.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in HR consultation, organizational assessment, organizational development, workforce analysis, service delivery evaluation, or related management consulting services.
• Preferred formal education or certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Business Administration, change management, or related disciplines.
• Extensive expertise in a minimum of three of the following areas: strategic HR assessment, HR transformation, HR operating model design, HR service delivery, organizational assessment, organizational design, workforce planning, staffing analysis, process enhancement, employee experience, culture evaluation, change management, or strategic planning.
• Proven capability to design and carry out assessment activities, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, identify actionable recommendations, and formulate clear implementation roadmaps.
• Strong skills in consultation, facilitation, interviewing, analytical thinking, communication, and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple assignments, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex assessment findings, risks, options, and recommendations in a straightforward and effective manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project.
