This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Become part of the collaborative Training & Performance Strategy team as a Principal Training Specialist.
• Act as a strategic ally to business leaders throughout the organization.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and team members to gain insights into business priorities.
• Recognize performance needs and create targeted learning strategies that yield measurable results.
• Consult with leaders to evaluate gaps and convert business objectives into performance-focused learning and development solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of learning strategies that foster capability enhancement.
• Promote knowledge transfer and aid in maintaining behavior changes.
• Establish significant success metrics and assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects that align with organizational priorities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of collaborating with leaders to comprehend business priorities, pinpoint performance needs, and devise solutions that generate measurable business results.
• Experience in performing needs assessments, exploring performance challenges, and conducting root cause analysis to identify fundamental issues and propose targeted solutions.
• Established ability to influence decisions, foster stakeholder alignment, and build credibility across various functions and organizational levels without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to translate business needs into actionable strategies, plans, and measurable success criteria.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives related to learning, performance, change, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven capability to establish and utilize performance metrics, business measures, and data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and guide decision-making.
• Experience in promoting the adoption, reinforcement, and sustained application of new skills, processes, or behaviors within an organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives, projects, or change efforts involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism, diplomacy, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence.
• Flexibility to contribute strategically and operationally across a variety of initiatives, applying expertise where necessary to support business and organizational goals.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
