Store Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with the Good Store Art Director to realize Good Store’s visual identity across various channels, including packaging, products, digital platforms, and media.

• Create and produce an extensive array of creative assets, such as web graphics, social media content, marketing materials, and product packaging.

• Prepare files for production while ensuring final quality control and implementation support.

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Website Manager to develop captivating visual content that embodies the brand’s voice and mission.

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas that advance the brand while remaining aligned with its core values.

• Assist with additional design and creative tasks as directed by the Good Store Art Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional design experience, ideally in branding or consumer product design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing visual design across digital and print formats is essential.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is advantageous) is preferred.

• A solid grasp of layout, typography, and color theory is required.

• Capability to follow direction and collaborate effectively within a creative team is essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are required.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Google Drive, Trello, or Airtable is preferred.

• Experience in product and/or lifestyle photography, including basic editing skills, is a plus.

• Experience in video editing for social media is also a plus.
