Storage Technical Consultant – Mainframe, Open Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide Global Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara clients according to established Statements of Work.

• Facilitate a seamless transition from implementation to operational phases, utilizing independent judgment to craft and deploy robust technical solutions.

• Deliver clear status updates, produce high-quality outputs, and offer technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Participate in project evaluations, pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancement, and cultivate strong customer trust in service delivery capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical consultancy and service delivery.

• In-depth expertise in storage solutions, especially within mainframe environments; experience with open systems is advantageous.

• Capability to convert high-level designs into comprehensive technical solutions.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder and customer management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and accountable approach.

• Confidence in articulating complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international teams.
