This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the prompt execution of new contracts, renewals, and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Work alongside legal, sales, and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on terms, conditions, and all related obligations.

• Monitor critical dates, including renewals, reporting deadlines, and compliance milestones.

• Create and maintain a contract repository along with documentation that adheres to company policies.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and operational requirements.

• Act as the primary line of defense in identifying and mitigating contractual and business risks.

• Support compliance and reporting requirements for MBE/WBE/DVBOE/MWBE.

• Provide compliance reports and necessary documentation to internal stakeholders.

• Oversee financial components related to contracts, such as fees, rebates, and reporting.

• Conduct audits, reporting, and tracking of reimbursements tied to sales contracts.

• Analyze data and performance metrics to aid in decision-making and contract optimization.

• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, agencies, OEMs, and partners.

• Educate stakeholders on contract usage, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Assist in training, presentations, and communication regarding contract programs.

• Develop and uphold internal resources and documentation pertaining to contracts.

• Manage a high volume of contracts across various channels and stages simultaneously.

• Continuously enhance contract processes, workflows, and governance practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3–5+ years of proven experience managing public sector contracts.

• In-depth knowledge of procurement, contracting, and proposal processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong program management and organizational skills.
