This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.
• Post job orders in CCH applications and collaborate with the Account Manager to meet client staffing requirements.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, maintain an updated database of skilled healthcare professionals, and schedule staff for shifts, orientations, and visits based on their skills, availability, and client needs.
• Effectively manage last-minute staffing adjustments, replacements, and call-offs to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Ensure all healthcare professionals comply with licensing, compliance, and company standards; collaborate with Compliance and Onboarding teams to address documentation gaps and minimize time-to-fill.
• Assist in organizing client orientation and ongoing training for new hires to ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Cultivate and maintain cooperative relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal staff to promote engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Work with clients to prioritize orders, prepare deliverables, and comprehend staffing needs.
• Submit candidate profiles, coordinate interviews, expedite job offers, and oversee healthcare professionals’ performance to support revenue, headcount, and fulfillment objectives.
• Track client demand trends, provide feedback to sourcing teams, and escalate issues to Staffing Managers or Directors as necessary.
• Conduct regular check-ins and complete evaluations of healthcare professionals to ensure quality performance and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and participate in daily huddles; may cover on-call responsibilities as needed, including during Business Continuity Plan activation.
• May occasionally visit local clients and healthcare professionals to address business needs.
• At least one year of relevant experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally engage diverse clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams; bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to promptly address staffing challenges, client issues, and operational concerns, including last-minute changes and call-offs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with staffing software, databases, or automated systems is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, with experience collaborating with leadership and compliance teams to ensure timely and compliant placements.
