This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Pair therapists with clients by considering their availability, location, and specific service requirements.
• Organize therapist schedules, placements, and staffing assignments efficiently.
• Contribute to clinician retention strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and hiring coordination.
• Handle staffing-related communications with therapists, families, and internal teams.
• Monitor open cases and staffing demands to ensure prompt placements.
• Work collaboratively with case coordination and operational teams to enhance service delivery.
• Keep precise staffing records, documentation, and reporting updated.
• Analyze staffing metrics and placement results.
• Aid in various staffing, recruitment, and operational responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in staffing coordination, talent acquisition, recruitment, scheduling, healthcare administration, or operational support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills are required.
• Ability to effectively multitask in a high-volume environment is necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through are required.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities are required.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or workforce coordination is preferred.
• Background in healthcare, ABA services, behavioral health, or related fields is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting is essential.
• A reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup are necessary.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. hours.
