📋 Description

• Investigate products and services, concentrating on use cases, pricing, and other metrics relevant to our audience.

• Evaluate methodologies and contribute insights on providers and data points for top-tier content.

• Test products and services to gain expert knowledge regarding their functionalities and target audiences.

• Perform hands-on research to assess the value of the products and services under review.

• Capture images of products and services to enhance the user experience presentation.

• Compose expert reviews detailing the advantages and disadvantages of each product or service.

• Collaborate with the managing editor to prioritize items for review.

• Respond promptly to messages on Slack and emails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in small business journalism, ideally within the product review sector.

• Proven experience in reviewing SMB products and services.

• 3-5 years of experience in online journalism.

• Excellent communication and task management abilities in a remote work setting.

• Capacity to collaborate with a distributed team across different time zones.

• Strong understanding of the small business landscape.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

• Eagerness to learn and enhance SEO skills.

• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
