This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Coordinate short, medium, and long-term visions and strategies for enterprise clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from their Application Security workflows.

• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with leaders in customer engineering and security teams to enhance adoption and retention.

• Develop and implement tailored onboarding programs that assist clients in achieving their unique security program objectives through Snyk’s product offerings.

• Represent customer interests internally, collaborating proactively with Product, Sales, and Support teams to influence product roadmaps and address risks.

• Prepare and lead strategic business review meetings (QBRs) using data-driven storytelling to highlight ROI and discover opportunities for expansion.

• Mobilize both internal and external resources to eliminate obstacles to adoption and address complex technical issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.

• Proven experience collaborating with highly technical clients in the Enterprise (Fortune 100) sector within North America.

• In-depth knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).

• Experience leading technical or engineering initiatives with a demonstrated history of thought leadership and business case formulation.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of facilitating difficult discussions, managing objections, and influencing stakeholders from end-users to executives.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
