Staff Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and secure top technical talent.

• Manage the complete recruiting cycle for key positions (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a strong emphasis on creating high-quality, diverse candidate pools.

• Lead the recruiting strategy from start to finish — encompassing sourcing, outreach, process design, candidate experience, and finalizing offers.

• Develop innovative approaches to identify and engage leading talent in both cyber and non-cyber fields.

• Regularly assess and refine recruitment processes that are no longer beneficial to the organization.

• Influence our recruiting practices as a company by contributing ideas, data, and creativity to enhance our methods and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a dynamic startup or high-growth setting.

• Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven history of successfully closing candidates in competitive markets.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage and persuade both candidates and hiring teams.

• High social aptitude and relationship-building skills — you excel at quickly establishing trust and maintaining robust candidate pipelines.

• Strong technical understanding, enabling you to grasp technical roles, evaluate candidate qualifications, and engage in credible discussions with engineers.

• Proven experience overseeing the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and advance processes in a changing environment.

• A data-driven approach focused on enhancing recruitment processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
