Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and spearhead cross-functional initiatives that encompass various technical teams.

• Take ownership and drive technical programs within the Ads Monetization engineering domain.

• Collaborate with engineering leaders throughout the organization to assess prioritization, trade-offs, and risks associated with the programs under your management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in engineering and program management roles.

• At least 4 years dedicated to digital ads platforms or ads monetization.

• Exceptional communication and influencing capabilities.

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Naturally proactive and inquisitive.

• Possess technical depth and sound judgment.

• Experience in analytical problem-solving with large-scale systems.
