Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute multiple intricate programs concurrently throughout the Five9 organization.

• Take ownership of the program, proactively identify and address risks while balancing business requirements with technical limitations.

• Cultivate strong relationships among Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, and various Business Operations, Finance, and Executive teams.

• Guarantee high-quality deliverables and enhance team productivity to facilitate strategy implementation and execution.

• Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, highlighting dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring that outcomes align with the company's OKRs.

• Propel program execution and track measurable performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management within a relevant industry.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• A proven history of being detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to delivery.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies (preferably AWS/GCP).

• Experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

• PMP, Prince2, CSM, or similar certification.
