Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Propel business transformation by strategically managing projects that align IT initiatives with rapid growth objectives.

• Leverage AI capabilities to speed up project execution, improve quality, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Take complete responsibility for projects operating within a regulated 503A/503B framework.

• Guide cross-functional teams while promoting learning agility and incorporating AI to amplify impact and ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in technical program management, demonstrating a strong history of successful project execution.

• Proven experience in integrating AI into project management workflows to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
