Staff Talent Sourcing Partner – Spanish/French/Italian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a vital member of the global talent acquisition sourcing team, focusing on the EMEA region sites.

• Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to gain an in-depth understanding of business groups.

• Collect and present comprehensive talent market analyses and insights to shape recruitment strategies.

• Create customized and attractive employment propositions aimed at specific talent pools.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, detailing efforts, achievements, and sourcing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8-12 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated Professional Sourcing Professional with a history of successfully executing sourcing strategies in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in English and one or more additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian.

• Skilled in developing advanced Boolean search strings across all leading recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc.

• Familiarity with all facets of a comprehensive recruitment CRM and ATS.
