Staff Talent Sourcing Partner – Fixed-Term, 12 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a vital member of the global talent acquisition sourcing team, assisting the EMEA region sites located in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Spain, France, Italy, and beyond.

• Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to gain an in-depth understanding of their respective business groups.

• Collect and present comprehensive talent market analysis and insights to effectively influence and guide stakeholders.

• Create customized and appealing employment propositions aimed at attracting targeted talent.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, detailing efforts, achievements, challenges, and sourcing strategies.

• Deliver a “world-class” experience for both stakeholders and candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8-12 years of relevant experience.

• For this level, a graduate degree may be preferred in conjunction with 4 years of pertinent experience.

• Demonstrated success as a Professional Sourcing Specialist with a history of effectively implementing sourcing strategies in a dynamic environment.

• Extensive experience in sourcing and attracting talent within the EMEA region.

• Proficient in English and one or more additional languages (French, Spanish, or Italian).

• Skilled in developing advanced Boolean strings to yield accurate and comprehensive results across various recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc.

• Experienced in utilizing a robust recruitment CRM and ATS.
