This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Offer technical guidance and ensure requirement clarity across development teams.
• Manage requirements effectively, including their creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, and compliance matrices.
• Create test procedures to formally validate system requirements for sell-off events.
• Break down system requirements and work with multi-disciplinary, distributed teams to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities.
• Engage in the planning and execution of program milestone events, such as customer meetings, internal and formal government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards.
• Conduct testing events for software solutions and produce test result documentation.
• Support the operational aspects of software through tasks like enterprise test events and user integration and onboarding.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Strong cross-organizational communication skills with the ability to thrive in a small team and fast-paced environment.
• Capability to develop requirements.
• Proficiency in creating test procedures that verify requirements.
• Skill in establishing traceability between requirements, code, and verification.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Current IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or CASP).
