This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Regularly engage with technology decision-makers among customers.
β’ Facilitate and manage existing clients to maximize their value from Omnissa products.
β’ Provide tailored technical enablement and product update sessions.
β’ Monitor and assist sales opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer needs.
β’ Design and propose customer solutions that set Omnissa software apart.
β’ Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive technical understanding of Omnissa products.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of EUC (End User Computing) Pre-Sales experience or over 5 years as a technology delivery consultant in EUC.
β’ Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture with experience in either the customer or partner landscape.
β’ Proficiency in desktop management across platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS).
β’ Familiarity with mobile device operating systems (Android, iOS, or iPadOS).
β’ Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems.
β’ Exceptional communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude.
β’ Strong presentation capabilities to create and deliver high-quality product demonstrations.
