This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate technical discovery sessions, identify customer business challenges, and establish solution requirements.
• Create and design SAP Business One solutions that meet customer objectives, adhere to industry best practices, and support long-term business goals.
• Present engaging and customized demonstrations of SAP Business One and related solutions that effectively convey business value to both executive and operational stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals, scope recommendations, implementation strategies, and statements of work in partnership with sales and consulting teams.
• Act as the primary functional and technical advisor during the sales process, confidently responding to customer inquiries and addressing solution objections.
• Suggest complementary solutions, integrations, and ISV applications that enhance the overall SAP Business One ecosystem.
• Work closely with implementation consultants to ensure a smooth transition from presales to project delivery through thorough solution handoffs and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with RFP and RFI submissions by providing solution design, technical insights, effort estimations, and implementation suggestions.
• Create and maintain reusable demonstration environments, presentation materials, and solution accelerators to enhance presales efficiency.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, webinars, trade shows, user groups, and industry events as a recognized SAP Business One subject matter expert.
• Keep abreast of SAP Business One product enhancements, partner solutions, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously refine solution recommendations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal teams while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, collaboration, and customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Business One in a presales, solution architect, consulting, implementation, or functional leadership capacity.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP Business One, encompassing core financials, distribution, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales, and associated business processes.
• Proven experience leading customer discovery sessions, designing ERP solutions, and delivering impactful software demonstrations to business and executive stakeholders.
• Capability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP Business One solution architectures and implementation strategies.
• Experience supporting the sales cycle through solution design, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, proposal development, and scope definition.
• Familiarity with the SAP Business One partner ecosystem, including ISV solutions for manufacturing, warehouse management, eCommerce, EDI, CRM, business intelligence, and process automation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, integrations, APIs, or related technical concepts is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple sales opportunities, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
